Getting to know Projects.
Projects is a shared workspace for organizing projects, tasks, deadlines, and team access. It brings day-to-day work into editable lists, boards, and calendar views, so everyone can see what needs to happen next.
Yes. Organize client work into projects, group tasks into lists, assign teammates, and control access to specific projects or tasks. It also works for in-house teams, consultancies, and other organizations.
Create an account and verify your email, then follow the guided setup for company, team, contact, and location details. Review your answers before creating the organization. The creator becomes its Super Admin.
Yes. Projects supports Super Admin, Admin, Manager, and Associate roles, with configurable permissions. Managers are scoped to their assigned projects, while Associates see work explicitly shared with them. You can grant access to a project or an individual task.
Yes. You can create a separate organization from Settings and switch between the workspaces you belong to. Each organization keeps its own projects, people, and access settings.
Use the interactive preview above to switch between list and board views, change sample task statuses, and try a group action. It uses sample content and does not create an account or change real projects.
